I played a pivotal role in its development, working to the level of detail a high-end operation demands. That covered the concept and the menu, the layout and maps for the kitchen, the selection and procurement of equipment, the recruitment and training of the team, and the recipe manual that keeps a refined menu consistent service after service.
With that attention carried through to the floor, Shurfa Bay became a destination in its own right.
