It was a project where I oversaw the establishment of the entire restaurant from scratch, covering everything from the main entrance to the kitchen. It was designed as a casual dining spot offering international cuisine.
After its successful launch, I continued to be involved in the management of Next Door Kitchen, ensuring that it maintained its high standards and continued to delight customers with its delicious food and welcoming atmosphere. We also opened a food cart at Global Village, offering a taste of Next Door Kitchen delights to a wider audience.
